What KinoTrack Is

KinoTrack is a film and series tracking platform. We display metadata — titles, descriptions, release dates, cast information, and poster images — sourced from The Movie Database (TMDB) via their public API. We do not host, stream, distribute, or provide access to any films, series, or other media content. No copyrighted media files are stored on our servers.

Data Source: TMDB

All film and series information displayed on KinoTrack is provided by The Movie Database (TMDB). Images and metadata are served in accordance with TMDB's terms of service and API usage policies. If you believe metadata or images on TMDB are incorrect or infringing, please contact TMDB directly at themoviedb.org.

Trailers

Trailers shown on KinoTrack are embedded from YouTube. We do not host trailer files. All trailer content is subject to YouTube's terms of service and the rights of the respective studios and distributors.

We Do Not Host Media

KinoTrack does not provide links to pirated content, does not stream films or series, and does not facilitate unauthorised access to copyrighted works. If you have received advice suggesting otherwise, it is incorrect. We are a metadata and tracking service only.

Copyright Concerns & Takedown Requests

If you believe that content displayed on KinoTrack infringes your copyright, or if you have received a mistaken impression that KinoTrack hosts or distributes media content, please contact us. We take all legitimate concerns seriously and will respond promptly.

We aim to respond to all copyright-related enquiries within 5 business days.

If you wish to submit a formal DMCA takedown notice, please include the following information:

  1. 1Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. 2A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. 3The specific URL or page on KinoTrack where the allegedly infringing content appears.
  4. 4A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. 5A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
  6. 6Your electronic or physical signature.

Please send your notice to: hello@kinotrack.app

Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed from KinoTrack in error, you may submit a counter-notice. Counter-notices must include your name, address, the content that was removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction. Send counter-notices to the same email address.

Good Faith & Proportionality

We ask that takedown requests are submitted in good faith and with reasonable basis. Submitting knowingly false DMCA claims may expose the claimant to liability under applicable law. We reserve the right to document and publish — in anonymised form — patterns of abusive takedown requests.
